Important Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments
• The initial booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Failure to complete scheduled payments within the stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without any refund.
Festival & Safety Regulations
• Guests must comply with all rules and regulations issued by the festival organizers and local authorities.
• The possession or use of narcotics, prohibited substances, fireworks, weapons, or any hazardous materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Itinerary & Operational Changes
• The itinerary is subject to change due to operational requirements, festival schedules, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• TravelBoots reserves the right to modify the itinerary while ensuring that the overall guest experience is maintained.
Force Majeure
TravelBoots shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
• Government regulations, travel advisories, or border restrictions
• Public health emergencies or pandemics
• Civil unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen events
In such circumstances, refunds or rescheduling shall be subject to the policies of airlines, hotels, festival organizers, and other service providers.

- Festival Access • 3-Day Tomorrowland Thailand Madness Pass • Access to all festival stages and performances on selected event days Accommodation • 4 Nights stay in Pattaya at your selected hotel category • Twin-sharing accommodation Exclusive Experiences • Private Welcome Catamaran Yacht Party • Unlimited food and beverages during the yacht experience Meals Daily breakfast at the hotel (Day 2 onwards) Airport & Event Transfers • Group airport transfers between Bangkok Airport and Pattaya • Daily round-trip transfers between the hotel and Tomorrowland venue Travel Management • Dedicated TravelBoots Tour Manager throughout the journey • Professional local coordinator available 24×7 • On-ground assistance from arrival until departure
Exclusions
- The following items are not included in the package price: • 2% Tax Collected at Source (TCS) as applicable under Government of India regulations (refundable at the time of filing Income Tax Return, subject to prevailing tax laws). • 5% GST • Festival upgrades and optional add-ons, including VIP/Comfort Pass upgrades, official merchandise, and other premium experiences. • Optional sightseeing tours or activities not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions. • Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, room service, minibar, telephone charges, tips, porterage, and other incidental expenses. • Early check-in and late check-out at the hotel, unless specifically mentioned. • Porterage services at airports, hotels, or any other location. • Travel insurance, visa fees, airfare, or any additional travel-related expenses not expressly included in the package. • Any services, meals, or expenses not specifically mentioned under the "Package Inclusions." Important Note • The initial booking amount of ₹1,00,000 is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. • Any additional services requested during the tour will be chargeable at actual costs. • Guests are advised to carefully review the package inclusions before confirming their booking.
