1. Our Services

TravelBoots acts as a travel planner and booking facilitator for various travel-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Honeymoon Packages
  • Family Holidays

  • Travel Insurance (where applicable)

Some services may be provided through trusted third-party suppliers, airlines, hotels, destination management companies, transport operators, or other travel partners.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required payment or deposit.
  • Availability has been confirmed by the respective supplier(s).
  • A written confirmation or booking voucher has been issued by TravelBoots.

Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed or quoted are:

  • Subject to availability.
  • Subject to change without prior notice.
  • Based on current exchange rates, taxes, supplier charges, and government levies.

TravelBoots reserves the right to revise pricing before booking confirmation if supplier costs, taxes, currency fluctuations, or fuel surcharges change.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.

Bookings may require:

  • Advance deposit
  • Partial payment
  • Full payment before departure

Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Travel Documents

Travellers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying:

  • Valid Passport
  • Visa(s)
  • Government-issued Identification
  • Vaccination Certificates (if required)
  • Travel Insurance (where applicable)
  • Any other documentation required by immigration authorities

TravelBoots shall not be responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, immigration refusal, or delays arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Passport and Visa

Visa assistance provided by TravelBoots is limited to guidance and documentation support.

Visa approval, rejection, processing timelines, and immigration decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, or government authority.

TravelBoots does not guarantee visa approval.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all domestic and international travel.

Unless explicitly included in your package, travel insurance is optional and should be purchased separately.

8. Changes by the Traveller

Any request to modify:

  • Travel dates
  • Passenger names
  • Destinations
  • Hotels
  • Flights
  • Tour inclusions

will be subject to supplier availability and applicable charges.

Additional costs may apply.

9. Cancellation by the Traveller

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation charges will depend upon:

  • Airline policies
  • Hotel policies
  • Visa charges
  • Tour operator policies
  • Supplier cancellation rules

Any applicable non-refundable charges will be deducted before processing eligible refunds.

10. Cancellation by TravelBoots

TravelBoots reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Supplier cancellation
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies
  • Operational reasons beyond our control

In such situations, TravelBoots will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or process refunds where applicable, subject to supplier policies.

11. Force Majeure

TravelBoots shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Pandemics
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Airline strikes
  • Airport closures
  • Weather conditions

12. Third-Party Suppliers

Flights, hotels, cruises, transport providers, and other travel services are operated by independent third-party suppliers.

TravelBoots acts solely as an intermediary and shall not be liable for:

  • Service deficiencies
  • Schedule changes
  • Overbooking
  • Delays
  • Loss of baggage
  • Supplier insolvency
  • Personal injury
  • Property damage

Such matters remain subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

13. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Carry valid travel documents.
  • Arrive on time for flights and transfers.
  • Follow local laws and regulations.
  • Respect hotel, airline, and destination rules.
  • Maintain appropriate behaviour during travel.

TravelBoots reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveller's conduct is unlawful, disruptive, abusive, or endangers others.

14. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Brand identity
  • Graphics
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Package descriptions
  • Website design

is the property of TravelBoots or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to TravelBoots for the affected service.
