All tours and transfers will run as per the confirmed itinerary.
Any delays caused by guests, traffic, or weather may lead to
missed sightseeing without refund.

Sightseeing concludes by 10:00 PM daily for safety reasons.
Travel between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM may attract extra charges.

Any change, extension, or additional service requested by the
guest is subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.

During festive or peak travel dates, hotels may charge
mandatory gala dinners (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Eid), payable
directly by guests unless specified.

Hotel rooms, activities, and transport services are subject to
availability at the time of booking. If unavailable, a similar or
equivalent alternative will be provided.

Sightseeing order may change due to weather, traffic, or local
restrictions, but all main inclusions will be covered wherever
possible.

Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID and travel
documents.

Travel Boots shall not be liable for delays, losses, or service
changes caused by natural calamities, strikes, road closures, or
other force majeure events.

Expenses of personal nature (meals not mentioned, beverages,
laundry, entry tickets, etc.) are borne by guests.

Tipping is optional but appreciated for good service.

Guests are expected to maintain courteous behavior towards
drivers, guides, and locals.
